From the beginning of November, 2008 we will start giving vouchers when you buy something from our shops for newspapers and magazines in Sofia, Bulgaria. The amount of the purchase which you make will be written on the voucher. When you collect vouchers with amount of 100 or 150 BGN we will give you a 15 or 30 ml perfume "Beautiful Bulgaria" for women or "Discover Bulgaria" for men.
Important: Each voucher allows you to buy these perfumes on preferential prices! We can give you the vouchers from the following trade shops: - Newspapers and magazines booth, situated on the crossroad of "Stefan Karadzha" str. and "Diakon Ignatii" str. - Newspapers and magazines booth, situated on the crossroad of "Ruski pametnik" square and "Macedonia" blvd. - Newspapers and magazines booth, situated on 69-71, Vasil Levski blvd - Newspapers and magazines booth, situated on the crossroad of Graf Ignatiev str. and 6-ti septemvri str. - Newspapers and magazines booth, situated on the bus-stop Orlov most "Tsarigradsko shose blvd., direction Peio Iavorov blvd."
Official promotion rules SECTION 1. SPONSOR OF THE PROMOTION AND OFFICIAL RULES OF THE ADVERTISING CAMPAIGN This promotion ("The Promotion") is organized by the organization "Edelweiss-BP" Ltd., 4, "Juri Venelin" str. Sofia, Bulgaria (Sponsor of the Promotion). The Participants in the Promotion must keep the conditions and the decrees of the presented official rules of The Promotion (called Official Rules). The Official Rules are made and will be announced in regulation of the requirements of the applicable Bulgarian Law. The Sponsors of The Promotion keep their rights to add or to change of the Official Rules. The changes of the Official Rules will be applicable only after their preliminary announcement. SECTION 2. AREA OF THE PROMOTION The Promotion is organized and is implemented in the city of Sofia, Bulgaria - the trade objects of the Sponsor of the promotion - newspapers and magazines booths, situated of the crossroad between "Graf Ignatiev" str. and "G. S. Rakovski" str., the crossroad of "Ruski pametnik" square and "Macedonia" blvd., 69-71, "Vasil Levski" blvd. the crossroad of "Graf Ignatiev" str. and "6-ti septemvri" str. and the bus-stop Orlov most "Tsarigradsko shose blvd., direction Peio Iavorov blvd." as well as in the office of the Sponsor, situated on 4, "Juri Venelin" str. SECTION 3. DUARATION OF THE PROMOTION The promotion begins on November, 06th, 2008 and will end to depletion of the Sponsor's store amount of perfumes, named "Beautiful Bulgaria" for women and "Discover Bulgaria" for men SECTION 4. MECHANISM OF THE PROMOTION, REQUEST PROCEDURE, VALIDATION AND RECEIVING OF THE GIFTS The vouchers will be given by the sellers of the pointed trade objects when a customer make a purchase there. The seller will mark in advance the price of the purchase over the voucher before he give it to the customer. A customer who wish a gift 15 ml perfume "Beautiful Bulgaria" for women or 15 ml perfume "Discover Bulgaria" for men is necessary to collect vouchers with a sum of their marked prices, bigger than or equal to 100 BGN. A customer who wish a gift 30 ml perfume "Beautiful Bulgaria" for women or 30 ml perfume "Discover Bulgaria" for men is necessary to collect vouchers with a sum of their marked prices, bigger than or equal to 150 BGN. To receive his gift, the customer is necessary to presents the collected vouchers in the office of the Sponsor in 4, "Juri Venelin" str. in the hours of work or in previously specified time. After a short processing of an employee, the customer will be able to choose a gift between the female or the male perfume. If the amounts of some or all of the perfumes are depleted, the customer will receive another gift - available for the Sponsor magazine. If the customer wants, it is possible he/she to buy these perfumes on preferential prices, by presenting only one of these vouchers. SECTION 5. DESCRIPTION OF THE GIFTS The gifts from this promotion are male or female perfumes: SECTION 6. WINNERS CLAIMS AND VOUCHERS The gifts will be given to these participants who have collected vouchers with sum of their marked price equal to or more than 100 or 150 BGN. A valid voucher is the one who has original seal of the Sponsor and a price, which is marked by the seller of one of the mentioned trade objects. SECTION 8. AMENABILITY The sponsor of the promotion is not obligated to be in correspondence for non-wiining claims, as well as for these which are claimed after the end of the Promotion mentioned in Section 3. SECTION 9. RIGHTS TO PARTICIPATION The promotion is open to all physical persons, with exception of the employers of "Edelweiss-BP" Ltd. as well as the members of their families. SECTION 10. TERMINATION OF THE PROMOTION The Sponsors has the irreversible rights to terminate the Promotion any time, by making an announcement with accordance of Section 1, in case of occuring material abuses, breaking the rules or unpredictable circumstances. In these cases the Sponsor does not owe to the participants compensation and it is not allowed returns of already bought products. SECTION 11. LEGAL CONTROVERSY Each potential legal controversy between the Sponsors of the Promotion and the participants of the Promotion will be fight out by mutual agreement; if such is not achievable, then the controversy will be fight out by the competent courts in Bulgaria. SECTION 12. OFFICIAL RULES The official rules are situated in Bulgarian on By participating in the Promotion, the participants agree to take upon with the present Official Rules and to keep their conditions and orders. |
